The MS-HC01 is a low power consumption silicon based MHP, and it can be used in research and development of micro gas sensor or other heating device. This product consists of two sets of welding spot, one set for leading out heating wire and the other set for gear shape test electrode .
MS-HC01 is produced by MEMS process, providing a reliable platform for MOS gas sensors with low energy consumption and fast heating response. The MS-HC01 adopt a suspended film structure consisting of a tough silicon dioxide film, with the inner layer coated with s-type platinum as a heating wire to provide the appropriate operating temperature for the metal oxides. The operating temperature of the MS-HC01 is up to 400
℃, and the temperature of the core area can be calculated according to the resistance temperature coefficient of platinum. Its thermal response time is only a few milliseconds.
