Please note that no refunds will be given if a watch that has an expired warranty is sent to us.
Terms:
So far, I have a 100% success rate in restoring these watches. In a rare occasion, the service may go down for a short period of time (2 days).  In this situation, I would contact you beforehand and ask you if you would prefer me to issue a full refund and return your watch, or wait a few days for the service to come back online.  I haven't had this happen yet but I am mentioning it as a precaution as I like to be transparent.
