Items must be returned in unopened packages as received. Linens can pick up lint, odors, hairs, pet hairs, stains, etc. so I do not accept the return of any items that have been removed from packaging and then refolded back in. Also, color variations can occur from one monitor to another and cannot be used to say that an item is not as described. If you are returning because the color is not as you thought, the reason will be considered as buyer's remorse. For items returned due to buyer's remorse, buyer pays for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.
